I can't come up with a list since I mostly use your listing for all those old/small fandoms I don't check regularly. My big 3, I'd find the fic anyway.
But...can I ask if you submitted a support request for this problem? I checked the bug tracking page, and there doesn't seem to be anything about this problem, so I think it's a new issue.
